Spring has slipped through our fingers again! In Boston this morning... we woke up to SNOW! On the ground, falling off the roofs! Oh, New England weather, I shake my head at you.
But, forget all that. I take you back to the first of the warm days. Where it was warm enough that I all but ran into the bathroom to shave my legs and don a dress!
a little black one!
...with a sassy back *wink*
Ooh la la!
I bought the dress because it was named after me! No, seriously check it out- the Ingrid Dress from Brandy Melville! Unfortunately it is no longer on their website, but I found an eBay listing as proof?
whatever, a cute dress with my name makes me wanna boogie!
caught mid hair-flip...
top- free people, shoes- good old new Converse!
ain't I cute?
I share my name with so few people and things- Ingrid Bergman, Ingrid Michelson, that cute pair of flip flops my mom bought me when I was little, a ceramic bowl from France... luckily they're all beautiful! Although... I do wish I had one of those key chains that were all the rage in middle school. Oh well, you win some you lose some!
Please join me in wishing for the return of spring so that I can wear more cute dresses like this one!
I feel you on the wishing you could have one of those name keychains! Sometimes I loved having a unique name but other times I just wanted to be able to buy a pen with my name on it!
ReplyDeleteThat dress is amazing! I wish I could buy everything that has my name. I would have everything Tiffany! Wouldn't that be the life? Haha. But I just love that dress. It's so sassy, and those pictures you took are so fun!
ReplyDeleteAh the struggles of the uniquely named. Do I dare ask what your Starbucks cups look like? :P
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you like it! It's super comfortable and the pictures were a blast to take- Erin makes a wonderful photographer! Oooh that would definitely be the life! ALL the Tiffany's :D
ReplyDeleteBleh, it snowed here the other day too! What the heck! That dress is adorable, and even more adorable since it's named after you!
ReplyDeleteMiche from Buttons and Birdcages
I've actually never used my full name at a Starbucks! I always say my nickname 'Angie' and they still seem to get that wrong! One time they wrote 'Angy!'
ReplyDeleteAh! Mine's always butchered- the worst was when it basically said "Integrity!" oh, Starbucks.
ReplyDeleteI love snow as much as the next ski bunny, but this is getting ridiculous! Ah! I'm glad you like it :)
