two ways to layer

If Who What Wear is to be trusted, a trend for this spring will be unexpected layers! While I'm not going to take it as far as they suggest (wearing a bralette over my tee? Am I trying to be Superman?), I did try my hand at it with the adorable romper sent to me by one of the shops featured on ShopLately!

Back to taking outfit pics in the dorm room- I already miss the lovely beach backdrop from Easter!

  

Speaking of Easter, I wore this getup around the house while home for break! Not only is it super comfy, my brother asked "why do you look so nice?" when he walked into the kitchen. So, win!

 The second is closer to the suggestion from Who What Wear- a crop top over the romper instead of a long white tee under.

More of a summer-y look! Plus I love mixing prints, so this was fun!

Ties on ties! I love this top, but I thought it was significantly less cropped when I bought it. Layering like this allows me to wear it without showing off any food babies I may or may not acquire!

No collar to pop, but it's happening anyways. Did I still save a balloon?
